Parent Registration Details
At the time of registration, we will ask for the following items:
- A completed enrollment packet
- A copy of your child's Birth Certificate
- A copy of your child's Social Security Card
- A copy of your child's Immunization Records
- One -time Registration Fee of $100.00
- Copy of parent state ID
